Cancellation Policy

Out of consideration for other patients, our cancellation policy requires a minimum of 24 hours notice, with the exception of a medical or family emergency. Not providing 24 hour notice, not showing, or being more than 20 minutes late obligates Angie’s Massage to charge your account at the standard fee.

Compliance allows me to better serve you and other patients. Thank you for your understanding.

Payment & Appointment Hold

Payment is due at the time of service. A credit card or Groupon # will be required to hold all appointments. If you do not have either available we will not be able to secure your appointment.

Late Arrivals

Patients who are more than 20 minutes late will be charged the standard fee and will have a shortened session.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds.

Groupons

We do not accept expired Groupons. We would be happy to still see all NEW clients on our Introductory rates.
